I went to see Greenday last Thursday in Cardiff. Yay. :boogie:

Haven't done a 'traditional' portrait of someone in ages....so Billie Joe seemed a good candidate, being that he is small and cute as a bug. As a bug I tells thee!!

Um...I've been staring at this so long I'm not really sure if it looks like him or not. Still pretty happy with it whatever the verdict. Watercolour and pencils. :bounce:

And how come that whenever I do something halfway good I always do it on the shittiest scrap of papaer I can find? You probably can't see it now, but there was my cat's very faded paw-print on this. I guess it's a lesson I must learn.

edit: Hah. The date says 04.02.04 when we're obviously in the year 05. I'm such a dumbass :B

You got him right on! I could tell it was Bill Joe from the thumbnail. :) I think you should darken the hair a little bit, but everything else is PERFECT. Especially the facial structure. Very nicely done.
